May 2008 - Trip to New York

Went to NYC for some continuing education and some fun Pilates practice! Took lessons with Jerome and Sari at True Pilates New York. Had lunch with Alycea to plan her July visit to Cape Cod - and visited her at Real Pilates in Tribeca. Had a fabulous visit, worked out really hard, and enjoyed Spring in the city!

The Cape & Islands Wellness Expo was very busy, and lots of fun. I want to thank all of my fabulous clients that came out in their "Joe's Place" tee shirts to practice and learn at our fully-equipped onsite Pilates studio.

I am truly blessed to have such a professional, experienced staff, and I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful group of clients.
